The meeting took place Wednesday chaired by Rwanda\u2019s Foreign affairs Minister Louise Mushikiwabo and Uganda\u2019s acting foreign affairs minister Okello Oryem.<\/p>\n
Mushikiwabo hailed efforts of the commission,\u201cIn less than a year we have done what would have taken years,\u201d Mushikiwabo said urging technocrats, not to despair even when they disagree.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhere you do not have enough confidence and you disagree, go and consult,\u201d she said and expressed optimism that many of the directives evolved from the ninth session will be implemented.<\/p>\n
Oryem noted, \u201cTrade is a key component in our bilateral cooperation, majorly because it is a vehicle and major contributor to economic development.
