{President Uhuru Kenyatta on Monday held bilateral talks with President Teodoro Obiang Nguema of Equatorial Guinea.}<\/p>\n
President Kenyatta who is in Malabo attending the awards ceremony for the 2014 UNESCO-Equatorial Guinea international prize for research in the life sciences commended his host for initiating a noble endeavor aimed at finding solutions to mankind.<\/p>\n
He thanked President Nguema for strongly supporting Kenya at the African Union summit.<\/p>\n
President Kenyatta expressed his gratitude to President Nguema for his laudable efforts adding African countries need to work together and generate African solutions to African problems.<\/p>\n
He said the UNESCO-Equatorial Guinea International Prize for Research in the Life Sciences is a noble endeavor which will strengthen and positively impact on the South-South cooperation.<\/p>\n
The President said Kenya will continue working closely with the Equatorial Guinea so as to ensure more interaction between the people of the two countries.<\/p>\n
President Kenyatta invited his host to make a State visit to Kenya at a time to be agreed between their Governments.<\/p>\n
The talks were also attended by the Cabinet Secretary for Foreign Affairs and International Trade Amb. Amina Mohammed.<\/p>\n
