{Rwanda has made considerable efforts to provide more facilities to taxpayers by introducing online services (E-Payment and E-Filling) and M-Payment where taxpayers can pay their taxes using their Mobile phones.}<\/p>\n
About 42 thousands of taxpayers in Rwanda use ICTs during Tax declaration and payment process. <\/p>\n
Among them seventeen thousands use their mobile phones while others use their computers to get tax related online services.<\/p>\n
This has reduced the time spent at Rwanda Revenue Bureau comparing to past.<\/p>\n
Currently Rwanda is in charge of promoting the use of ICT to fast track the single customs territory to boost business among the partner states.<\/p>\n
