(Rtd) Kabuye arguing that he is accused of committing a serious offence and would likely attempt to flee if he was granted bail.<\/p>\n<p>Kabuye offered his wife, brother and sister as Guarantees and told court that he wouldnt flee the country.<\/p>\n<p>However, court today argued that the sureties didnt have capacity to refrain him from fleeing the country. <\/p>\n<p>Kabuye had earlier submitted to court in defence of owning a pistol saying, &#8220;I got it from DR Congo and by then, it was a custom to find a gun for yourself since we were at the battlefield.
