Interim President Catherine Samba-Panza on Sunday replaced Prime Minister Andre Nzapay\u00e9k\u00e9 with Mahamat Kamoun. Nzapay\u00e9k\u00e9 stepped aside to make room for a consensus government, a condition specified in the cease-fire between S\u00e9l\u00e9ka rebels and the vigilante anti-Balaka. The deal was signed last month in Brazzaville, in the Republic of the Congo.<\/p>\n
