Mudacumura accused of Genocide is wanted by the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR). The United States placed a $5Million bounty on Mudacumura\u2019s Head to anyone who would help in his arrest.<\/p>\n
The surrender message was first announced by Victor Byiringiro an FDLR member who said , \u201cWe discussed for several months within the FDLR to handover Mudacumura\u201d.<\/p>\n
Earlier this year the same Byiringiro had also announced that FDLR were putting down arms but refused to surrender to the UN mission in congo (Monusco).<\/p>\n
