{President Paul Kagame has arrived in Kenya where he will address the Nation Media Group Governor’s Summit which takes place on Monday 20th Jan 2014.}<\/p>\n
Governors will use the summit that opens on Monday in Naivasha as an opportunity to measure the progress of devolution and learn from other countries with a similar form of government.<\/p>\n
A good number of the county bosses arrived at the Great Rift Valley Lodge last evening for the two-day summit hosted by the Nation Media Group.<\/p>\n
Rwanda’s President Paul Kagame is the chief guest and will be the keynote speaker during a session on leadership.<\/p>\n
Another key speaker is the Slovak Republic\u2019s ambassador to Kenya Dr Michal Mlynar, who will speak at a session dubbed \u201cMaking Devolution Work.\u201d<\/p>\n
