\u201cWe are waiting for the findings of the investigation to know what happened,\u201d Rwanda\u2019s High commissioner in South Africa Vincent Karega told The New Times yesterday.<\/p>\n
Karegeya, who served in the Rwandan Defence Forces but later stripped of his rank of Colonel, was a fugitive of justice after a military court in January, 2011, handed him a jail term of 20 years in absentia for disturbing public order, threatening state security and criminal conspiracy, among others.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
