It<br \/>\nis being conducted by the ServiceMag, a services sector oriented<br \/>\npublication, and aims at promoting customer care and improve service<br \/>\nprovision in public and private sector organisations, said Sandra<br \/>\nIdossou, the ServiceMag\u2019s publisher.<\/p>\n<p>The immigration and emigration department was voted best service<br \/>\nprovider for 2012, and also topped in the government departments\u2019<br \/>\ncategory, while Camellia Tea House won in the restaurants category,<br \/>\nNakumatt in the supermarkets category and Kigali Central University<br \/>\nHospital (CHUK) was the health providers\u2019 winner.<\/p>\n<p>To participate in the survey, log on to www.theservicemag.com by<br \/>\nDecember 6. The winners will be announced in January, according to<br \/>\nIdossou.<\/p>\n<p>The government is promoting customer care to improve service provision<br \/>\nat any of its departments and in the private sector.
