Mandated by article 168 of the constitution of the Republic of Rwanda, umushyikirano is a homegrown platform to dialogue on issues of National importance. <\/p>\n
It convenes annually under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic.<\/p>\n

The Embassy of Rwanda to the United States has invited Rwandan Community to participate in the coming event.<\/p>\n
\u201cMembers of Rwandan Community living abroad are also invited to attend umushyikirano as a way to provide an opportunity to make your voice and ideas heard on the issues of National interests,\u201d reads a part of an invitation.<\/p>\n
During last year\u2019s 10th National Dialogue which took place from 13 to 14 December 2012 at the Parliament, participants concluded to promote “Agaciro\u201d: Aiming for self reliance among Rwandans.<\/p>\n
If this site has not gone far from this year\u2019s focus, the emphasis will be put on \u201cNdi umunyarwanda\u201d initiative which aims to promote unity among Rwandans.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
