In a press release by WB has indicated that Rwanda has had resilience economic adversity and her growth prospects remains favourable.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis resilience is a result of sound macroeconomic management in times when regional and global shocks are having adverse consequences for many neighbouring countries,\u201d Johannes Zutt the world bank country Director for Rwanda.<\/p>\n
The report titled resilience in the face of economic adversity: policies for growth with a favor on household enterprise predicts Rwanda\u2019s 2011 growth at over 8 percent a growth rate that is stronger than forecast for Sub-Saharan Africa as a whole.<\/p>\n
It also indicate that Rwanda\u2019s economic growth in the first half of 2011 was led by strong performance in the industrial and service sectors.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
