Central Region Police Spokesperson Senior Superintendent Urbain Mwiseneza warned parents to stop abandoning their children.<\/p>\n
He appealed to them to watch over their children and interact with them on developmental subjects and act responsibly and inform on time fire rescue brigade to intervene to rescue such children from such dangerous places.<\/p>\n
The child\u2019s parents could be charged with manslaughter, which is punishable with a two years jail term and a fine of up to Frw2m. <\/p>\n
