This was disclosed in Kigali at a forum of climate change journalists that attracted participants from Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya and Zambia.<\/p>\n
Patrick Luganda, the forum\u2019s chairman said \u201cI encourage Rwanda meteorology agency to train Rwandan journalists on how to write about climate, or environment in different regions.\u201d <\/p>\n
Mr. Luganda added that \u201cJournalists are also supposed to seek news on small manufacturers and corporations work, because they also create greenhouse pollutants, or reduce the amount of oxygen in the air.\u201d<\/p>\n
