Where political will exists, necessary measures needed will translate into tangible results,\u201d Gasinzigwa said.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"spip-document spip-document-873 aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/en-images.igihe.com\/jpg\/b74c7ed0f0.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Gasinzigwa also noted that it was crucial to have gender equality financial support such as gender responsive budgeting.<\/p>\n<p>She added that gender equality and empowerment constitutes a core element of managing diversity in the democratic process.<\/p>\n<p>Participants also called for the enhancement of women\u2019s participation in electoral processes in Africa.<\/p>\n<p>Aurelien A.
