A motorist will now be identified by a number given to them.<\/p>\n<p>Fidel Ndayisaba, the mayor of Kigali appealed to the motorcycle operators to offer quality services to their passengers.<\/p>\n<p>He thanked RNP and Tigo for their continued support to organize the city.<\/p>\n<p>He also appealed to motorists to report any of their colleagues that involve in illegal acts, which tarnish their name.<\/p>\n<p>The Inspector General of Police, Emmanuel K.
