    This is Tender chicken breast tossed in cream and cajun spice.

    {{Ingredients}}

    2 cuppenne pasta

    4 cupboiling water

    2 tsp Ina Paarman’s Potato Spice

    4 tsp Ina Paarman’s Cajun Spice

    4 skinless chicken breast fillets

    1 400g jar of Ina Paarman’s Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce

    125 ml fresh or fat-reduced cream

    1/2 cup grated Pecorino cheese

    2Tbs chopped fresh herbs

    {{Method}}

    Boil the pasta in the water for 8-10 minutes.

    Reserve 1/2 cup (125 ml) of the water and drain off the rest.
    Toss the pasta with the potato spice and 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of olive oil.

    Working on a plate, sprinkle 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of the Cajun spice over each chicken breast.

    Drizzle and turn the spiced breasts in a little olive oil.

    Heat a heavy-based frying pan and brown the oiled breasts on both sides without cooking them right through – about 3 minutes on each side.

    Remove from the pan and leave to stand for 5 minutes.
    Slice the chicken breasts on the diagonal into strips.
    Pour the reserved pasta water into the pan to deglaze it.

    Add the tomato and basil pasta sauce and cream.
    Return the sliced chicken to the sauce and cook gently for 5 minutes.

    Toss the chicken and sauce with the cooked pasta.
    Add half of the grated cheese and stir through.

    Sprinkle the rest of the cheese and chopped fresh herbs over the top when serving.
    Serve with a green salad.

  • Flight Attendant Lists Ridiculous Things By Passengers

    Flight Attendant Lists Ridiculous Things By Passengers

    {{A flight attendant explains the most ridiculous things passengers say and ask while on flight. The attendant says she is fed up with the same questions passengers keep popping out.}}

    1. “Do they pay for your hotel rooms?” I love this one. Can you imagine if the whole crew was staying in different places and the junior people were grabbing a park bench to sleep on, or couch surfing in their uniforms? Yes, the airline pays for hotels and arranges transportation to and from the hotel. Otherwise, every flight would be late while we figured out where so and so was staying.

    2. Where are the lines between the states? You would be surprised how many people think there are actual lines between the states like on a map.

    3. On night flights we will go through the cabin with trays of orange juice and water. Passengers will look at the tray and say: “Which one is the orange juice and which is the water?”

    4. “When do I change the time on my watch or will it change itself as we go?”

    5. “I don’t mean to scare you, but something out there has been following us for hours!” It’s the light on the wing.

    6. We ask, “would you like cream and sugar in your coffee?” and they hesitate like it’s a difficult ‘Jeopardy’ question.

    7. It takes years before you realize you can answer people’s questions with the wrong answer and they never know the difference. When they ask what river they are looking at, I always say Mississippi—no matter where we are in the country. Same thing with the circular irrigation circles you see in farm areas. “What are those circles out there?” Private helicopter landing pads.

    8. What country is Hawaii in?

    9. We point to where the bathroom is and the passenger just stands there. I’ll point to it again and they will say “it’s vacant.” They have no idea what the word vacant means, I guess we really shouldn’t use such fancy words like vacant.

    10. “Have we landed yet?”

    11. “Do you have a writing pen?”

    12. We no longer have pillows in the economy cabin. A passenger asked me for a pillow and I told him they were discontinued. He asked “were people choking on them?”

    13. “How do I move my seat forward?”

    14. “When did you guys start wearing uniforms?”

    15. On the customs and immigration form it says: Sex M-F. Passengers will ask if it means how many times they have sex Monday to Friday!!!

  • Kenyan Children Rated Among Most Active in the World

    Kenyan Children Rated Among Most Active in the World

    {{Kenyan children have been ranked among the most active in the world while Aussie kids trailed as the least active.}}

    A study released Wednesday, which compared data taken from 15,000 young Australians with that from 14 other countries, found that the most active youngsters overall were in Mozambique and New Zealand followed by Mexico.

    Next came Kenya, Nigeria, England, Colombia, Ghana, Finland and South Africa while Australia was grouped with Canada, Ireland and the United States just above bottom-placed Scotland.

    The study showed that more than 80 percent of Australian children aged 5 to 17 failed to get the recommended 60 minutes of moderate physical activity a day, despite most playing a sport.

    Australian children are among the least active in the world, ranking behind those in Britain and New Zealand, researchers say warning that the sports-mad nation was raising a “generation of couch potatoes”.

    “We do rank quite highly on organised sport participation and we are a sporting nation as we like to say,” Natasha Schranz, a researcher from the University of South Australia, told AFP.

    “But this has clearly shown that it’s not enough because we still rank poorly for overall physical activity levels.”

    Australia’s report card, drawn from data from the Australian Bureau of Statistics and a national survey of secondary school students, found that less than 30 percent of children met Australian guidelines of no more than two hours of screen time per day.

    Fellow researcher Grant Tomkinson, also from the University of South Australia, said many youngsters were spending so much time being sedentary they were likely to hurt their health, growth and development.

    Trevor Shilton, from Australia’s Heart Foundation, said the result was a “wake-up call”.

    “We’re raising a generation of couch potatoes,” he said. “Far too many kids are being driven to school and spend most of their time sitting when they get there.

    “What we’re facing is a potential future health crisis where heart disease, diabetes and obesity rates will rise,” he added.

  • Nigerian Actress Says Doesn’t Use Vibrator

    Nigerian Actress Says Doesn’t Use Vibrator

    {{Nigerian Actress Chika Agatha Oguine started acting in 2012. Recently she opened up about a few things to a journalist.

    In the conversation she spoke about ‘cumming’ during sex and how she chases men away by giving them bills upon bills because that is the only way one can chase Nigerian men away.}}

    She also spoke about not needing a vibrator when their are male friends she can do it with when the feeling arises. Find her interview below..

    {{How do you deal with your male admirers?}}

    You all know how I handle them. Since they are in love, there are always bills there to pay so they would have to run away.

    It’s not like I tell them to pay my bills though, but I have seen that in Nigeria, the only way you can actually chase a man out of your life is to tell him, ‘I need this, I need that

    {{Do you believe in vibrators?}}

    Why do I have to get a vibrator when there are so many able men out there? It could be helpful for some people who do not have relationships but seriously, Nigerian guys are very able bodied men.

    Personally, I don’t believe that. If you want to have a good sex, you should have one of your friends that you have feelings for, even if you guys are not really dating. Believe it or not, some men don’t like to be committed to a woman and don’t believe in dating.

    Instead of jumping around from one place to the other with loads of people you don’t really know, it’s safer to do it with someone you know, someone close to you, someone you can actually give yourself to. Not for payment of any kind or for exchange of money.

    {{What would make you climax during sex?}}

    For me, it’s really something out of the physical. It’s more of psychological than sex itself because I could have sex and not cum but what makes me cum is who the person is, what feelings I have for the person.

    That is why I can never have sex with someone I don’t have feelings for because I might not cum

  • Husband Speaks About Christian Wife on Sudanese Death Row

    Husband Speaks About Christian Wife on Sudanese Death Row

    {{A U.S. citizen, who rushed to his native Sudan to save his pregnant wife from the death sentence, described his horror at seeing her shackled in a prison cell. }}

    Meriam Yahya Ibrahim Ishag, a 27-year-old doctor, was charged with adultery for marrying Christian Daniel Wani, a Sudanese man with U.S. citizenship who lives in New Hampshire.

    She was sentenced to 100 lashes as the Sudanese court refuses to recognize her 2011 marriage to Mr Wani because they consider Ishag a Muslim.

    The eight-months pregnant woman, who has a toddler son, was subsequently sentenced to death for the crime of apostasy. Sudanese law considers her a Muslim while she has declared that she was raised Christian and refuses to convert to Islam because it is the only religion she knows.

    She told the court: ‘I was never a Muslim. I was raised a Christian from the start.’

    Daniel Wani married wife Meriam in 2011. She was sentenced to death in Sudan last week because the court considers her Muslim and found her guilty of apostasy for converting to Christianity. Her husband, a U.S. citizen, has flown to Sudan, to try to save her life.

    Ishag is considered Muslim by the Sudanese court because her father was a Sudanese Muslim. However the woman was raised by her Ethiopian Christian mother after her father left them.

    She has been shackled at the legs in jail since the sentence was handed down, her husband said.

    Mr Wani was allowed to visit his wife for the first time on Monday where she is being held along with the couple’s 20-month-old son Martin.

    The father is not allowed to care for Martin because he is a Christian and his son is considered a Muslim.

    Tina Ramirez, executive director of Hardwired, an American group which fights for religious freedom around the world, told Fox: ‘He originally was not allowed to see her until this week.

    ‘Once he was able to, she was shackled and her legs were swollen.’

    The couple’s lawyer is working on an appeal to the 27-year-old’s sentence amid mounting international pressure.

    The White House condemned the pregnant mother’s treatment and urged the Government of Sudan to meet its obligations under international human rights law.

  • Iranian Pharrell Fans Arrested

    Iranian Pharrell Fans Arrested

    A group of Iranian fans who created a tribute to Pharrell Williams’ hit song Happy have been arrested.

    The video shows three men and three unveiled women dancing to the song on the streets and rooftops of Tehran.

    Police chief Hossein Sajedinia said the “vulgar clip” had “hurt public chastity”, the ISNA news agency said.

    Iran’s state-run TV broadcast a programme on Tuesday, apparently showing the men and women confessing on camera.

    A subtitled edition of the TV clip, posted on YouTube, identified the detainees as “actors” who claimed they were tricked into making the Happy video for an audition.

    “They told me they are making a feature film and they had a permit for it,” said one man in the video. “They said those things and they fooled me.”

    Another young woman added: “They had promised us not to publish the video.”

    According to some unconfirmed reports, a total of 13 people were arrested in connection with the video, but official sources have not confirmed the exact number of detainees.

  • Dear Sexologist Why is My Sex Drive Low?

    Dear Sexologist Why is My Sex Drive Low?

    {{You mention that you ejaculate fast. The time that men take to ejaculate can vary depending on the situation (around 5 minutes is apparently average).

    When it is not possible to delay the ejaculation it may cause a problem in your relationship.}}

    Due to the differences between men and women, many men choose to learn to delay their orgasm in order to try to give more penetrative pleasure to female partners.

    Whilst a low dose anti-depressant (SSRI) can help as one of the side effects of these drugs is to delay orgasm, the benefits will stop as soon as you stop taking the medication.So it is a short term aid. Perhaps you could learn to delay your ejaculation.?

    The best way to learn this would be through masturbation where you learn recognise your physical signs of excitement (e.g. heightening sensation, a sensation in your testicles, heart rate) and at which point you need to ease off before it’s too late (i.e. when the ‘twitching’ begins, it’s probably too late).

    One way to help with this would be to try scoring your excitement on a scale of 0-10, with 8 being the point at which there’s no turning back. When you get to about 5 or 6/10 you need to start using delaying strategies.

    For example: slowing or changing the rhythm of the friction, trying to take some deep and slow breaths, and try tensing your pelvic floor muscles as if you are trying to stop the flow of urine.

    Once your arousal has reduced somewhat (e.g. to about 3 or 4/10), you can resume stimulation and repeat this process several times before allowing ejaculation to take place.

    A trusted partner could be a great help by coaching you through this, asking where you are on the scale, and encouraging you to use the strategies suggested.

    You stimulate yourself for the first few practice rounds (i.e. over days or weeks) and then once you have had some success, perhaps your partner could stimulate you, but she must slow down as and when you says to do so.

    Once you’ve gained confidence like this, you could move onto trying this intravaginally.

    This is likely to be much more difficult because of the sensations (warmth, moist) of the vagina so you should maybe slow your arousal down earlier than 5 or 6/10 to begin with.

    The best position to learn this would be with your partner on top so that you can focus all of your attention on your sensations, but you must remember to direct your partner to slow, stop, or start again as you need.

    It’s really important that these are ‘exercises’ though, and not ‘sexual acts’ as normal, otherwise you will feel more pressure to perform and your partner may feel frustrated – neither of these will help you with this learning process.

    Sincerely,
    Sexologist
