He further added that “based on the impressive results that each participant in last year’s YOU 2.0 achieved, we believe that 90 days is plenty of time to realize most realistic fitness goals. “
YOU 2.0 has produced real results
By way of example Dennis Dybdal told this website’s reporter that “one of participants lost 19.5 kg during the YOU 2.0 program. In addition, she gained confidence and developed a passion for fitness.”
Apart from the above mentioned participant, there was another participant, who had recurrent problems with ulcers, migraines and insomnia. A few weeks into the program, these problems decreased or completely disappeared.
