{Colombian pop star Shakira wants the press to leave her nearly two-year-old son with Spanish footballer Gerard Pique alone, she said in an interview published Sunday.}

She shared the first public photograph of her first son Milan sleeping in Pique’s arms on the website of Unicef just days after he was born on January 22, 2013 along with a request that people donate to the UN children’s agency.

The multi-Grammy-winning singer, who is expecting her second child with Pique, has shared other pictures of Milan on social media sites but in recent weeks she has declined to be photographed with her son.

“I liked being able to share with fans and the people who have always supported us the experience of being parents and the first months of my son’s life,” she told daily Spanish newspaper ABC.

“But now that Milan is growing and has stopped being a baby, I would prefer it if the press did not focus so much on him. I would like him to enjoy a normal childhood, as much as that is possible.”

Shakira, 37, and Pique, 27, met at the 2010 World Cup in South Africa and went public with their relationship in early 2011.

“Milan still does not realise that Gerard and I are famous, because that is all he knows. He recognises us on television and in ads, he points and says “Mama! Papa!”, but does not know that other kids do not find the image of their parents on a toy box,” she said.

Nicki Minaj isn’t exactly a stranger to wearing revealing clothing. She also isn’t afraid to get a little sexy during her award show appearances.

But while on the red carpet at the 2014 American Music Awards, the “Super Bass” rapper couldn’t help but admit to feeling shy at some points in her career.

“Yes and people don’t know that,” she told E! News exclusively. “I feel shy a lot of times actually. I just push myself to go for it.”

Pretty surprising answer, right? Giuliana Rancic followed up by asking the 31-year-old what scares her.

“Being away from my family and people who love me and love me the most,” she shared. “So I’m going to move back to the East Coast…just to keep grounded and be around.”

She added, “I want to see my baby brother grow up a little more. I think it’s good for the soul.”

Before the big move to the Big Apple, Minaj has a brand new album coming out that she can’t help but be pumped for.

“I’m so excited. I’m so proud of it,” she shared in regards to The Pinkprint, available Dec. 15. “It really shows a lot of growth. I know that my fans are really going to appreciate the subject matter on a lot of the songs.”

And if Team Minaj thinks this is the last album we’ll see from the rapper, think again! Although rumors have been swirling that she’s going to take a break from music after this disc, Minaj gladly set the record straight Sunday night.

“I said it after the fifth album,” she clarified. “I’m only about to put out the third album so that’s a long time from now.” Thank goodness!

{Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith’s marriage may be the target of endless gossip, but one thing is for sure: the couple plays nice with his ex-wife.}

The Men in Black star’s eldest son, Trey, celebrated his 22nd birthday on Friday at the Ghostbar Dayclub at the Palms in Las Vegas. Not only were his dad and stepmom there to mark the occasion, but his mom – Will’s first wife, Sheree Fletcher – was as well. And things were peachy between all parties. Although Jada kept an arm around her hubby in a group photo of the trio, the pair appeared to get along well with Sheree, sharing a warm greeting with Will and gushing about Jada on Instagram.

The Hollywood Exes reality star — who was married to Will from 1992 to 1995, during his Fresh Prince days — reposted photos from the event and had nothing by kind words to say about it. “Celebrating @ace0011 with the BEST bonus mom ever!!! #Jada & babydaddy #VegasBaby,” she wrote.

“Bonus mom” was a term Jada adopted after she said “I do” to Will in 1997. During an appearance on The Oprah Winfrey Show in 2010, she explained that after she and Will married and started their own family, they came together with Sheree and her second husband, NFL star turned pastor Terrell Fletcher, as a close-knit extended family for the sake of their children.

“Sheree and I both had to make that decision, because at the end of the day, we had Trey and that had to be the primary focus,” Jada told Oprah. “So we had to put aside our own craziness, our stuff, all the baggage that comes with it. She and I just had to focus on, ‘What does he need?’ … At the end of the day, it’s like, we have to let go of our own selfish desires [and] look [at] what can we do to facilitate the group, and facilitate the children, who ultimately are our future.”

Sheree told Oprah it took a long time for them to get to that place, but they did. “You realize, [Will and I] had our chance, now it’s about those kids,” she said.

Jada and Sheree — who’s in the process of divorcing Fletcher — are so close they even chat about typical friend things like books. Jada, along with Will, produced the 2008 movie adaptation of the book The Secret Life of Bees after Sheree recommended the read to Jada.
“My bonus son’s mother actually called me, Sheree, and she said, ‘Jada, you have to read this book,” she recalled. “And I fell in love with it.”

As for birthday boy Trey, who inspired Will’s hit “Just the Two of Us” (and appeared in the 1998 video with his famous father), he’s a deejay and he provided the music for his own birthday bash.

During an interview with VH1 earlier this year, Sheree talked about how Trey differs from his half-siblings, Willow, 14, and Jaden, 16, who have Hollywood careers and are often making headlines.

“Trey was raised differently – in a different home,” Sheree said. “Trey doesn’t really like the limelight. I don’t want to say he’s more grounded, but he just had a different upbringing. He wasn’t as exposed to the whole Hollywood aspect of life. A lot of that was by choice because [his] dad wouldn’t leave him out. [However,] he has an insight and he doesn’t like anything that’s not real or authentic.”

The singer’s team is hot on the trail of an unknown suspect who’s been trying to sell a sex tape featuring Usher and ex-wife Tameka Raymond, according to TMZ.

Back in 2009, someone broke into Usher’s car and stole two laptops, two video cameras and approximately a million dollars worth of jewelry (the offense report was filed in January 2010). From that theft, the suspect obtained the video, which saw no buyers, probably because it was stolen property that would have landed both parties in big trouble. Peddling the video to adult film companies would require legal permission from Usher, which is probably why the suspect has been exploring other options.

Leading Usher’s legal team is lawyer Mark Geragos, who recently helped Chris Brown end a pair of lawsuits with relatively tiny settlements. If he does uncover the stolen goods, it’s probably best to just let that hard drive burn.

{STATE minister for Ethics and Integrity Simon Lokodo has directed police to question local artist Desire Luzinda for her nude pictures said to be taken by her Nigerian boyfriend that have gone viral on social media.}

“Police is on track to get hold of Luzinda and her boyfriend. I have directed the Police to get her,” the minister told New Vision in a phone interview on Tuesday morning.

The minister explained that Luzinda and her boyfriend will be charged with exhibition of pornographic material contrary to section 13 of the Anti- Pornography Act.

Section 13 of the Act states that: “A person shall not produce, traffic in, publish, broadcast, procure, import, export, sell or abet any form of pornography.”

It adds: “A person who produces or participates in the production of, or traffics in, publishes, broadcasts, procures, imports, exports or in any way abets pornography contrary to sub section 1 commits an offence and is liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding five hundred currency points or imprisonment not exceeding ten years or both.”

Five hundred currency points is equivalent to sh10m.
