“The president of the Islamic Republic of Iran Mahmoud Ahmadinejad will come for a two-day visit in our country beginning on Monday,” according to a government statement.
President Ahmadinejad, who is also the Chairman of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM), will as well travel to Ghana for a two-day official visit next week.
“President Ahmadinejad will arrive in Ghana on Tuesday April 16, 2013 to hold discussions with President John Mahama on strengthening the NAM and also co-chair a bilateral meeting between the two countries,” Minister for Information and Media Relations, Mahama Ayariga said in a statement.
President Ahmadinejad will leave Accra on Wednesday April 17, 2013.
